1. Eligibility for Returns

• The product delivered is incorrect or differs from the order placed.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Personal care items
• Consumable healthcare products
• Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused after delivery
• Customized or special-order products
• Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Upon verification, we may offer:

• Store credit
• Refund, where applicable

4. Return Process

To request a return:

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on the payment provider or bank.
• Shipping charges and handling fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Replacement Policy

Where eligible, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund for:

Replacement availability is subject to stock availability.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the order will be governed by this Return & Refund Policy.

• The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• The return request is made outside the eligible return period.
• The product is returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or documentation where applicable.
• The claim is found to be fraudulent or invalid.
