1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order details.

If the cancellation request is received and approved before shipment, a full refund may be processed.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

In such cases, the order will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy after delivery, subject to eligibility and applicable conditions.

3. Customized or Special Orders

Orders placed for:

• Customized products
• Special-order items
• Products procured specifically upon customer request

may not be eligible for cancellation once order processing has begun.

4. Cancellation by One Legacy World

We reserve the right to cancel any order under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing or product information errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Regulatory or legal restrictions

In such cases, customers will be notified, and any eligible payment received will be refunded.

5. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Where cancellation is approved before shipment:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.
